Im not a good cook believe me, but whenever i do ill make sure that it will be good 
, You need to be confident, ready to give orders, and more important give recipe/main dish ideas. I dont know if i can do it but sometimes i fantasized about giving plastic business card to my prospect customers and how they love my food in my own little resto. Weird right? but who knows? maybe it will come true.
