Ingredients: 1/2 fully cooked bone-in ham, 3 tablespoon coriander seeds, 1 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns ,1 jar (18-oz) orange marmalade and 1/4 cup(s) white wine vinegar or cider vinegar.
Directions: Heat oven to 375°F. Place the ham and add 1/4 cup water to the pan.Cover the ham with foil. Crush the coriander seeds and peppercorns and place it on a separate bowl add the marmalade. Transfer 1/2 cup of the sauce for the glaze and brush them over the cooked ham for 20 minutes.Serve with the reserved glaze.
